Yes. Noonaway artworks are hand-painted on canvas rather than mechanically printed. Subtle variations in brushwork, texture and color are a natural part of the painting process and give each finished work its own character.

Yes. We generally send a visual confirmation within 7-14 days of your order. You can approve the artwork or request reasonable adjustments before dispatch. Additional adjustments may extend the preparation time while the paint is revised and allowed to dry.

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the size or framing option. Changes are subject to availability and the current preparation stage.

All artwork dimensions are shown as width × height in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring your wall and marking the proposed dimensions with painter's tape before ordering. This provides a more reliable sense of scale than viewing the artwork on a screen.

Rolled Canvas is supplied without a stretcher frame. Stretched Canvas is mounted on an internal wooden stretcher. Framed options add an external decorative frame around the stretched canvas. Available finishes may vary depending on the selected artwork and size.

Room images are styling references designed to help you imagine the artwork in an interior. Scale, crop and color may vary depending on the room image, lighting and your screen. Please rely on the written dimensions and selected product options when making your final decision.

Visual confirmation is generally provided within 7-14 days. After approval, final preparation, packing and carrier delivery generally require another 7-14 days. The total estimated timeframe is approximately 14-28 days, provided no further adjustments are requested.

Yes. Once your artwork has been dispatched, shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout, where tracking is available from the selected carrier.

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are confirmed during checkout. If checkout does not accept your address, please contact us before ordering. Taxes, duties or brokerage fees for cross-border orders may vary by destination and will be shown or described at checkout where available.

You may request a return for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for discounted artwork. Noonaway covers the return shipping for eligible returns, and no restocking fee is charged. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return method.

Exchanges for another available artwork or size may also be requested within the same 30-day period. Any price difference will be applied.

Contact us as soon as possible. Reporting the issue within 48 hours is helpful for the carrier claim process, but it does not remove your applicable rights.

Please keep the artwork, outer box or tube, internal packaging and shipping label. Send us clear photographs of the packaging, the full artwork and close views of the damage. After review, the available resolution may include a replacement, repainting, exchange, partial refund or full refund.

Dust the surface gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, solvents or abrasive materials. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, direct heat and pressure against raised paint texture.
